Welcome to the page, my name is Brett and I’m a forty+ BJJ Blue Belt from Southampton, England.

I am no world travelling gold medal winning grappler by any means but what I hope to encourage on here is a love of grappling be it BJJ, catch wrestling, Judo, submission fighting or other variations.

I will also be documenting my own training and experiences in a bid to help people flatten their grappling learning curves.
