With normality starting to return albeit in small ways the time I have had to dedicate to my work out plan is starting to decrease. As Week 8 began I have been working on the following:

Results have been positive so far although I am still longing to see how this all will help on the mat! Still plenty to do yet but I am still moving in the right direction. It is important to remember that moving in the right direction is the main idea, slow and steady wins the race and allows you to grow and develop in the right ways.
