Apologies for the lack of updates but the real world is slowly creeping back in! I have been managing to maintain what I have been doing previously although on occasions I have switched out a DDP Yoga for a second core session as I felt at the time that it would push me more.
Excess weight is slowly dropping off and being replaced by muscle mass and I am definately feeling a lot stronger at this point. Also physical changes are now noticable to people I haven’t seen in a while due to lockdown. That is a bigger indicator to me as we all look at ourselves far too much. It is what other people see that is the biggest indicator of our development.
Hopefully be able to get back on the mat soon and see if all this off mat training has made a difference!
